This is a 1" long, SOLID not hollow, apx 1.6grams, Italian Horn Cornetto, Cornuto 14K Gold Amulet Against the Evil Eye Pendant. The Cornetto is the most powerful of the Italian amulets. Its origins are ancient and go back to the times of Neolithic (the 3500 A.C.), when the inhabitants of the huts used to affix outside from uscio a horn like fertility auspice.
